Verdict
With the RX 6700 XT running 50% above the Radeon RX 7600 — a $399.01 premium — the two cards sit in meaningfully different price brackets. The Radeon RX 7600 wins on value unless the extra performance matters for your workload.
The RX 6700 XT's 12 GB of VRAM is a 4 GB advantage over the Radeon RX 7600. At 4K or in heavily modded games that extra buffer matters — and it provides headroom as future titles push VRAM requirements higher.
Unless you specifically need what the RX 6700 XT offers, the Radeon RX 7600 is the stronger value at this price gap.
