Verdict
With the RX 6700 XT running 26% above the Radeon RX 9060 XT — a $209.01 premium — the two cards sit in meaningfully different price brackets. The Radeon RX 9060 XT wins on value unless the extra performance matters for your workload.
The Radeon RX 9060 XT's 16 GB of VRAM is a 4 GB advantage over the RX 6700 XT. At 4K or in heavily modded games that extra buffer matters — and it provides headroom as future titles push VRAM requirements higher.
Unless you specifically need what the RX 6700 XT offers, the Radeon RX 9060 XT is the stronger value at this price gap.
