Verdict
At $494.95, the RTX 5060 costs about 17% less than the $595.00 RX 6600. That $100.05 saving is real money, but not so wide that the pricier card is out of reach.
As an NVIDIA card, the RTX 5060 gives you access to DLSS 4 super-resolution and Frame Generation, which can meaningfully lift frame rates in supported titles. The RX 6600 counters with FSR 4, which is open-source and works across a wider range of games — including some that don't support DLSS. Which ecosystem matters more depends on the games in your library.
