Verdict
With the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell running 98% above the GTX 1660 Super — a $17,687.96 premium — the two cards sit in meaningfully different price brackets. The GTX 1660 Super wins on value unless the extra performance matters for your workload.
The RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell's 96 GB of VRAM is a 90 GB advantage over the GTX 1660 Super. At 4K or in heavily modded games that extra buffer matters — and it provides headroom as future titles push VRAM requirements higher.
Power consumption is a meaningful differentiator here: the GTX 1660 Super draws 125 W versus 600 W for the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell. That 475 W gap can determine whether your existing PSU is sufficient and will show up in long-term electricity costs.
Unless you specifically need what the RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell offers, the GTX 1660 Super is the stronger value at this price gap.
